By booking a session, you’re agreeing to a professional, focused, and collaborative working environment designed to help you deliver your best work.

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance.
    Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged in full.

    We understand emergencies happen. In those cases, rescheduling or credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Self-tape sessions are designed to include coaching, filming, and editing within your scheduled time.

    To ensure quality and flow, sessions are expected to stay within the booked timeframe.

  • If additional time is needed, sessions may be extended in:
    – 30-minute increments
    – 60-minute increments

    Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed if another client is scheduled immediately after.

  • If editing extends beyond your booked session time, a late edit fee may be applied.

    Standard rate:
    – $25 per additional 15 minutes
    or
    – Flat $40 quick edit (for minor adjustments)

    This ensures your tape is completed with the same level of care and quality, even beyond session time.

  • Coaching-only sessions are designed for callbacks, Zoom appointments, theater work, or any situation where you need focused performance preparation.
    If you are self-taping, please book a Self-Tape + Coaching session.

  • Tapes are delivered via WeTransfer.
    Same-day delivery is standard, though timing may vary depending on session flow and volume.

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive prepared.
    Being off-book is preferred, but not required.

    We are here to guide, shape, and elevate your performance however, booking outcomes are not guaranteed.

  • We are committed to creating a supportive, professional, and focused space.
    Respect for time, energy, and collaboration is expected.

  • Limited after-hours availability may be offered upon request for an additional fee.
